Mail Mining menu bar allows the user email directly to Mail Mining support team. Click Mail Mining –> Contact Support, then a new email opens with details on the user's Outlook environment, where the user can describe his problem.

No. Mail Mining is currently only available for Microsoft Outlook. An updated version of Mail Mining that supports Outlook 2003 should be available soon. Please see our system requirements if you have any further questions.

Mail Mining is compatible with all email protocols supported by Outlook. This includes Webmail accounts, for which you can establish a POP, IMAP, or HTTP connection in Outlook.

To disable Mail Mining from Outlook altogether, you will need to follow these steps: Go to the Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panels -> Add/Remove Programs -> Mail Mining. Hit the 'Uninstall' option. Then click the 'Disable' button. Mail Mining will be disabled, and no longer functional within Outlook.

In order to help us spread the word on Mail Mining Outlook adds in, we are adding a signature at the bottom of outgoing emails. If you’ll want to remove this feature, select Mail Mining -> options -> general and unmark this feature.

Mail Mining supports both online Exchange and Cached Exchange Mode. However we strongly recommend using Outlook in Cached Exchange Mode since online Exchange mode consumes great network bandwidth and lower Outlook performance.
