In order to encourage our users to assign rank to emails, we support three different ways to set email rank:
1. Assign rank using right click on the highlight email while the inbox view is active.
2. Assign rank by pressing the rank level button which appears at Mail Mining toolbar while the inbox view is active.
3. Assign rank by selecting rank level in the email ribbon while the email is open.
